REST API call tracking and logs for Timeout issues

Hello All,

We are facing intermittent timeout errors with LMS REST API call, third party team said the timeout issues observed only from the last week. I would like to know if there is any option to find if the REST API calls issued by them are hitting the Oracle LMS end? Could anyone please let me know if there's a way to find if the REST API call is received? Also, is there any log information available that could help in debugging this issue better?
