Why are my Document of Record DFF fields not appearing on an assignment level DOR?

Summary: I have created an new DOR as usual except I have set it as an assignment level DOR. I have built the segments as I usually do in the DOR DFF and deployed it. However the fields are bot appearing when I add the DOR to a person, is there another way to add them at assignment level? Wondering if we are missing some set up.

As you can see the fields are available in the DFF but not on screen
