Send job application back to candidate for update

Hi Team

Is it possible to resend an application back to an applicant to make updates to their application? as an example, if applicant forgot to add a certification document/transcript, is it possible for the recruiter to send application back to candidate so that he can attach the same and resubmit.

if not is there any workaround. Please suggest.
