Action Code for Custom Action Job Offer Withdrawn under Resignation

Dear Oracle community,

I understand that there are seeded action codes for every action types. We would like to add a custom action reason however, unsure of what would the action code be. For custom action reason, the action code needs to be link to the seeded codes, correct?

Action Type: Resignation

Adding new Action Reason: Job Offer Withdrawn

What would be the action code if anyone knows?
