Is there a way to create new suggestion groups of employee nicknames for Global Search?

Summary:

Hi,

Under Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Global Search Configurations -> Edit -> Manage Suggestion Groups.
I'm trying to create a suggestion group of employee nicknames to search through the Global Search Bar. Upon creating a suggestion group, I don't know which data I should be typing in the data section as attached in the screenshot below:

Is there any method to create new suggestion group of employee nickname data?
