Trying to Resume Online Content - Quiz sections

Summary:

We are experiencing an issue where learners aren't able to 'resume' after saving/closing a scorm file while taking the quiz section. Mid quiz, a learner selects save and close to return at a later time. The learner returns to the content and says 'yes' to returning to where they left off but once the page opens, no actions are available but save/close again. They cannot select/edit their quiz selection, they cannot select the submit button to move to the next page - it's like the page is frozen. I've had the developer check the file and nothing should be preventing
