Display Sequence of Look up "ORA_PER_YES_NO_NOT_SPECIFIED" for "Recommended for Rehire" at Term Page

Hi Team,

At Termination Page, We have a Field "Recommended for Rehire" which has list of values (No, Not Specified, Yes) where these values are coming from a look up "ORA_PER_YES_NO_NOT_SPECIFIED" of type "Extension".

Currently, when the page loads for the firs time, it is showing the default value as "Not Specified", and the values are showing in the order as shown below when we select the list of values.
No
Not Specified
Yes

We are trying to re-order from Z-A. We have updated the lookup "ORA_PER_YES_NO_NOT_SPECIFIED" by giving the numbers as shown below.
