Error 500--Internal Server Error

Summary: Accessing Oracle HCM cloud via internet explorer is randomly throwing a 500--Internal Server Error to users when navigating, however we are not seeing this error when using Google Chrome. Any information on what might be causing this error loading the pages' using Internet Explorer is appreciate it.

We are currently on Windows 10 enterprise version planning to move to 11 next year.
