How to Obtain Latest Third Party Quarterly Extract (Seeded Version)

We recently received the December Legislative Update on our non-Production pods. We normally take a copy of the seeded (out of the box) Third Party Quarterly extract and reapply our customizations.

When we navigated to the /Shared Folders/Human Capital Management/Payroll/Regulatory and Tax Reporting/US/Quarter End folder and looked at the US Third Party Quarterly Tax Extract, the date stamp on the report shows the 11/29/2204 date. However, when we open that report in Edit mode so we can download the latest copy of the ADPQuarterlyTaxExtract template, the template that's showing is our seeded version of the template instead of the seeded version.
