Capital asset cannot map to financial account via smartpush

I add new asset in capital module EPBCS. The new added asset can be seen in the asset form using asset class, description, and name as the identifier in the form. But, I can't transfer the new added asset data to the COA (financial account) via smartpush. Both the source and target (financial account) have different cube. I've noticed, there's error in the job stated that source system missing eventhough there is data on the source if I take a look in the form.
