Terminate pending workers from Pending Wokers UI

We are exploring the possiblity to terminate pending workers from the Pending Workers UI. The HRs do not want to cancel the work relationship as that will remove the ability to query the person.

We are aware that we can navigate to Employment Info UI > Search the PWK > Terminate them. But the HRs would really like the termination function in the Pending Workers UI.

Is there a way to enable the termination functionality in the actions menu of the Pending Workers?
