Directory is showing the employee Job, instead we wanted the position to be displayed

Hi Team,

When we try to open the directory. Me->Directory

It is showing the employee job details. Instead we wanted to have positions as the designation.
We already setup the position as the default value for the business title. But still it is showing the
job instead of position.
