Can we restrict sending item updates to OIC based on conditions

Summary:

Current Behavior -

Currently OIC is receiving all the items that were updated.

Expected Behavior -

For WMS we send only few fields so, is there any option to have condition to avoid sending all the updates to OIC.

Can we use any conditions to only send updates if only selected records has any updates?
