approval workflow email notification issue - not getting the email for who submitted the transaction
Hi,
When the HRBP initiates a transaction, such as "Change Personal Information - Name Change," for approval, it goes to "XYZ," and this is working fine.
However, the transaction submission email should be sent to Initiatior of the transaction, indicating that the change personal information has been submitted. Instead, an email is received stating: "Action Required: Changed Personal Information for Employee"(see attached image).
Why is the initiator not receiving the submission email? Please suggesst if we have any solution for this or what is the root cause.
