Non compete contracts as Element Entries

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Hello,

We have the following requirement: we need to store the information about the non-compete contracts, and we think that the best way to do it is via EE.
In the case this information would be recorded in the system as one of entries on an employment contract it would be difficult to keep track and misleading. In certain cases due to Business Title change the competitive contract is terminated during the employment, but we still need to have the historical record in the system of such a competitive contract being signed at one point and terminated later. 

So our idea is to put it like that:
