Hi

If a contact updates or adds a new email id for just getting newsletters, there would be a duplicate record.

Is it possible to compare the contacts with same First name, last name mobile number and address - and if they have a different email - update the email id as secondary and delete the duplicate?

If so how? why do we need a shared list to add this step in the program?
