Redwood 24D: Enhanced My Learning Page - Can this be switched off

Summary:

My client does not want this feature switched on when going to Redwood 24D, can this be switched off at site level and if so does it have any knock on effects in other areas.

My client wants their employees to see the entire catalog as they currently do in 24C, whether they have been allocated a learning session or not. Can this be switched off after a 24D update?
