Special characters in Job Application Flow

Hello,

In Core HR there are certain rules that prevent First Name and Last Name from having special characters (such as á, é, etc.). However, these characters are allowed in the Job Application Flow. The issue comes when we move the candidate to HR or if we perform merge after the ORC Duplicate Check.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Curious to know how you managed this requirement during your implementation.
