When is the new Oracle support site going to start working properly?

The new Oracle support does not work properly.

Screenshot on left when I search for a specific doc ID - shows no hits.
However, screenshot on the right - I get by googling the doc ID and then clicking the link.

Is someone working on fixing Oracle support?

Also - the sign in process is horrible, it asks to login twice.
