Extracting information from the employee calculation card

We need to perform a mass extraction of the information found in the collaborators' spreadsheet. It was already attempted through a SQL query but we were unable to obtain the information. I raised an SR and was told that it could be done through an extraction definition. This process has already been executed, however, it does not bring the information we require. Is there an alternative to obtain the following information?
