Why are certain audit attributes that are selected are not appearing in the history tab in PIM?

Summary:

I have enabled every possible "audited attribute" under GTIN Item Relationship. When looking at the History tab in PIM for my item its only recording the GTIN Description. I've clicked on actions to synchronize, saved and close. I even saved and then synchronized and then saved and close. Cleared my cache multiple times. Signed in and signed out… Created new items with mutiple gtins. Deleted the gtins.
