Redwood - Oracle HCM Search not consistent

Navigate to 'Add a Pending Worker' - > Assignment, search for location, nothing is being returned when searching in lower case but does when using Capital Letters.

e.g. search 'westland' nothing is being returned

If searching in capital letters, data is being returned:

In DEV5 [Non redwood], data is being returned under location for both searches, e.g. in lower case and capital letters

Please can you advise?
