PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRIES_VL.PROCESSED_FLAG shows incorrect values

Hi,

The Database View PAY_ELEMENT_ENTRIES_VL doesn't show the actual values for PROCESSED_FLAG that should match the User interface values for element entries processed flag.

Is that related to a bug that required fixing from Oracle side? or do the User interface values got calculated by some other way or Database function?

Any body of Oracle Experts can guide us to solve this issue?
