Correct and Return Tab is not Visible in the My Receipt screen

Hi team,

One of our users, 'dhanasekaran_kb', wants to return a receipt that was created in Procurement > My Receipts. However, in My Receipts > Manage Receipts > Query the receipt number, the correct receipt and the option to return it are not visible on the screen. We have added the 'Receiving Agent' role to the user and provided data access, but the issue persists. On the other hand, another user, 'vaishnavi_si', can see the tabs correctly.

Could you please tell me , how to resolve these ? I have attached the oracle page where I faced the issue.
