Seniority date Issue

Summary:

Hi, I am working on a seniority date issue. I have a employee who has 3 assignment numbers (rehired again and again after a gap) the thing here is i need to show the seniority date , when he was hired at very first regardless of any break. But for the assignment number 3 the seniority is not getting reflected i.e it should be 6/27/88

Could anyone please help me with this ?
