Redwood: Inconsistent behavior of attributes visibility in Employment Info vs other pages

Fields will not be visible in redwood Employment info unless there is data present, whereas in RUi/classic all field labels are visible to the user, for example Projected Assignment End if blank will not be displayed in Redwood UI. Also, in redwood sections like Demographic info, even if there's no data present for a field, the field is still visible. This is an inconsistent behavior in Redwood.

Navigation: Workforce Administration (My Client Groups)>>Quick Actions>> Show More >> Employment >> Employment Info >> Assignment

Projected Assignment End field is not present in above screenshot under assignment as the employee doesn’t have any data for the above field.
