Fusion Global HR: FTE Stuck When Approving Positions (Doc ID 2908655.1)

Hi we have a client whereby the above situation is being experienced.

However the solution offered in the above document has an end date of 31/12/2012 on the profile. Is there a reason why the end date is dated 2012 although the article it refers to is dated 2022. Is this a mistake can the end date be removed and a future end date added. I had a look in Oracle Demo pods as well and they all hold the same end date.

or do we have another profile that will automatically calculate the FTE.
