As a result:

OIC is unable to archive the file after processing because it cannot locate the file.
This causes the subsequent process to fail.

The issue has been reproduced on multiple servers, confirming consistent behavior across environments.
File permissions prior to processing are correct and sufficient for access.

Expected Behavior:

The ESS job should process the file without altering or wiping out its permissions, allowing OIC to locate and archive the file as part of the process flow.
