As a result:

OIC is unable to archive the file after processing because it cannot locate the file. This causes the subsequent process to fail. Steps to Reproduce:

Upload a file to the designated location for "Process Electronic Bank Statements. "Trigger the ESS job "Process Electronic Bank Statements" from OIC or directly from the ERP system. Observe that the file permissions are reset or the file is no longer accessible post-processing. Attempt to archive the processed file through OIC. Additional Testing Details:
