Generate Payslip Flow PDF output is blank

Hi,

After submitting the Flow (Generate Payslip), the PDF output file is blank as per below screenshot, is there are any missing setup or privilege i need to have to see the process PDF output data, although it completes successfully and the Employee can see his Payslip normally
