Object Workflow for Helpdesk

Summary:

We have a requirement to enable the workflow in HR Helpdesk where in we want to send an approval notification to the respective approvers when a new SR is submitted, when a specific value is chosen in field “Category” (with custom value) and custom fields like - “Support Request Type” and “SupportRequest Sub Type.

Please find attached document for reference.

We are unable to trigger any email notifications and the approval notifications using the attached steps, please help us to understand what went wrong to trigger the notification.
