Resolution Metric details are not populating in SR
Summary:
Hi all,
I have created milestones with 3 coverages schedules with all coverages having Monday to Friday fixed schedules and Sat/Sun off. However, when I run the ESS job process and create an SR eventually, First Response Metric shows but Resolution Metric doesn't show and is blank. I have made sure that I have configured the availability with no break box checked. Is there anything I am missing? Please help
