Unable to advance passed National Identifier in Edit Pending worker

Summary:

We are Unable to advance passed National Identifier in Edit Pending worker - the screen is in redwood. When I hit continue it does not advance ( I waited 10 minutes to see if it was delayed in loading.) If I edit and delete the current value to re-add it tells me someone else is editing the record. Is anyone else getting stuck on this screen?
