High number of declined chats

HI,

We have a report which queries the "Account Queue Statistics" report and fetches the Interactions Declined for a particular time period.

We found that this number is very high, but basically the same chat id is repeated. Is there a way to filter out these duplicate entries and show only the distinct chat ids which were declined?
