Employee has only custom talent management role ,but he is able to access benefits admin page

Summary:

Employee has only custom talent management role ,but he is able to access benefits administration page.

But when we remove the custom Talent role then he is not able to access to benefits administration page.

And he is not able to view any other pages regarding to talent , but he should be able to view those talent pages/Tasks.
