restrict comment and attachment to certain approvers

Restrict comments and attachments in the approval notification to be viewable only by certain members of the approval workflow.

WE have document of record approval created for contract renewal. However the requirement is that the comments and attachments should be visible only to certain approvers in the approval workflow. Example , there are 5 users in the approval hierarchy. The attachment provided by user submitting the DOR should be visible to the first approver , should not be visible to second and third approver and then should be visible to final approver. Is this possible or any workaround?
