Summary:

During 22A, Synchronize Recruiting Data for Candidate Recommendations is an ESS Process that Oracle recommended to be run.

Is it best practice that when new ESS Processes are introduced and Oracle has them running by default that these are not reviewed as part of the upgrade and deactivated if client is not using the functionality / feature it is related to? Also since this is ongoing running on our Production will these have any impact?
