CSP Condition based on the file attachment from Job application

Summary:

Is it possible to create a CSP Fast Formula condition to check the file attachment under internal Documents section of the Job application?

We want to force our TA team to attach a file and based on this prevent the candidate from moving to next CSP Phase/State if the file is not attached.

Any one has created FF CSP condition based on the availability of file attachments?
