Customization Requirement for RSSP Action Options

Hi Team, We have received a requirement from one of our clients to customize the action options on the Responsive Self-Service Page (RSSP) based on the status of the Purchase Requisition (PR).

Details of the Requirement:

  1. For PR in "Returned" Status: Only the options ‘Withdraw and Edit’ and ‘Cancel Requisition’ should be visible and allowed. These options should be hidden for any other PR status.
  2. For PR with an Associated PO: The requester should not have access to the ‘Edit Order’ option from the action button.

While exploring customization options for the RSSP, we noticed that there doesn’t seem to be any functionality available to modify the Action button.
