How to make mandatory field in person criteria Learn

I would like to make "System person "Type as Mandatory Field is there any way to do that.

In the learn specialist page(s), where a learn specialist assign a learning (My Client Group > Learning > Course > Learners > Click on Learning Initiative tab > Click on "Add Initiative" and select initiative type (i.e. required, voluntary and recommended) > Enter enrolment details and click on next > In select learners tab, click on "Add" and select "Person Criteria" Then I would like to make "System person "Type as Mandatory Field is there any way to do that.
