Missing Reassign button in Maintain Areas of Responsibility - Redwood

Summary:

When navigating to My Client Groups > Show More > Maintain Areas of Responsibility, we are missing the Reassign button. The roles Human Resource Specialist and Human Resource Analyst are already assigned to the user but the Reassign button is still missing in Redwood page. The Reassign button is visible however when navigating to Person Management > Search for Person > Areas of Responsibility. Are we missing a role here or another privilege to make the Reassign button available in Redwood?
