hi there,

We have a lot of initiatives that work with OTBI reports for years now.

Starting in Jan, there are no more automated enrollments done by these initiatives. OTBI reports are filled up with new users but the enrollment does not happen. This may be due to a job that stop running. Example, a course "ABC" has a dynamic initiative on Offering level. There are these users who have been added to the OTBI report. However, they are not enrolled.
