Error when trying to access Re-enrolment details

Summary:

When trying to view the re-enrolment details for the company, I am getting the following error:

You need to associate this legal reporting unit with a tax reporting unit or a payroll statutory unit to manage the calculation cards

I am accessing by Setup and Maintenance > Define Legal Entities for HCM > Legal Reporting Unit Calculation Cards

When setting the scope for the company, I am getting the above mentioned error

Has anyone seen this error before?
