In moving to RSSP before 25C can we hide the icon for Classic Purch Requisitions

As we prepare to move to RSSP before 25C is there a way to hide the icon to the Classic Purchase Requisitions to force our users to the new version?

With 25C will the Classic Purchase Requisitions icon disappear?
