How is it possible to add the person who carried out the withdrawal in the recently withdrawn alert?

Dear all,

the customer likes to add the following information in the "recently withdrawn assignment" alert: who carried out the withdrawal. So for example, the manager withdraws an employee from an offering, then the employee receives the "recently withdrawn assignment" alert and in this alert the following information should be added: The cancellation was carried out by XX (name of the manager). Is there a possibility to do that?
