Possibility of generating the sign (+/-) based on the primary classification

Summary:

Hi Team,

Is there any way to generate + sign , - Sign in the Amount input value of the element while adding the element entry to employee based on the Primary Classification we choose while creating the element?

Example: Earnings means - "+" , Voluntary deduction measn - "-"
