Redwood - value under "Why are you changing the contract?" on Employment Contract form incorrect

When completing a Contract update in the "why are you changing the contract?" box I am selecting 'Contract update' but when you view the history of contracts it is showing as Action Name 'Hire' and appears as 'Contract extensions'

Can the action name reflect the "why are you changing the contract?" box and why are they tagged under extensions where they are updates?
