work flow for absence types

Greetings All,

we have a client requires work flow for all absence types to be based on the below:

1- if the requester's line manager is a department head or CEO the request need to go for (line manager, HR, Payroll Rep),

2- If the requester's line manager is not (department head or CEO) the request need to go for (line manager, second line Manager, HR, Payroll Rep).

i need support in writing the conditions i 've been trying but no result found could you please help?
