foreign language information is available on the candidate but not on the job application

The foreign language information we added on the candidate does not appear in the job application of the same candidate.

The screenshot below shows the foreign language knowledge in the candidate's profile that I went through the job application

The second screenshot shows the information when I went to the candidate search screen. The foreign language information looks different for the same candidate. What could be the reason for this?
