How to make Outcomes, Resolution and Solution Description fields to configured as read-only

Hi,

Is anyone know how to make Outcomes, Resolution and Solution Description fields to configured as read-only

Requirement: If the logged in user is not an Agent, he should not be able to update these fields under Solution section of the SR Details page view in Helpdesk.

Hope anyone is able to help me on this.
